Returned goods and right of withdrawal

SATISFIED OR REFUNDED: within 14 days of receiving the goods, the Customer, if he does not find the product to his liking, can exercise the right of withdrawal by sending the Return request from the Contact Us section specifying:

Date of receipt of goods
Code of the products you wish to return

After our approval, the customer must return the goods to:
RENKALIK SPA – via dell’Artigianato, 33 – 40057 GRANAROLO EMILIA – (BO).
The costs and risks of transport for the return of the goods are borne by the Customer (Legislative Decree 21/14).
Within 14 days of the return, we will then refund 100% of the value of the returned products (excluding shipping costs) or, if the Customer requests it, we will replace the returned items with equivalent products (excluding shipping costs).
The right of withdrawal is applicable only if each returned product, even if opened, is "as new", never used, in perfect condition and complete (including packaging) with all accessories, which are also intact.

Pickup in store

The availability of the goods is always to be considered indicative and not binding, due to possible exhaustion of stocks or cessation of production of the article: in the event that one or more of the products requested are no longer available, we shall contact the Customer by e-mail or telephone to inform him of the missing goods and offer him a refund of its value or replacement with other articles.
Delivery times vary from 1 to 3 working days depending on the payment method chosen by the Customer.

In any case, Renkalik spa cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by reasons not attributable to us (e.g. transport sector strikes, natural disasters, health emergencies or other imponderables provided for by legislation on the transport of goods and merchandise).
Delivery address: we ship our products to Italy, San Marino and many European countries. In the event of a request to ship to countries not listed, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Collection at our premises: during the order phase you can choose to collect the goods at our premises (via dell'Artigianato, 33 - 40057 GRANAROLO DELL' EMILIA -BO). Shipping costs in this case will not be charged. As soon as all the items in the order are ready, we will contact the customer to agree on an indicative day and time for collection.
