1. price list

   The prices of the products published on our site are in € (Euro) and do not include Shipping Costs. The published prices already include VAT. All orders placed on the site are payable in € (Euro).
   The prices of the items and services visible on the site may undergo periodic changes based on the adjustment of the price lists of our suppliers.
   The products will be invoiced according to the rates in force at the time of order confirmation, reserving the right to verify their availability on that date.

2. Payments

   We accept the following payment methods:
   -    PayPal
   -    Credit cards
   -    Bank transfer
   -    It is also possible to collect and pay for the goods directly at our office in Cash, Cards and Debit Cards (it is however necessary to have first placed the order on our website).
   In case of choosing an advance payment method (e.g. Bank Transfer) the Customer will have 3 working days to do so. Otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the order.

3. Shipping of orders and pick-up on site

   The availability of the goods is always to be considered indicative and not binding, due to possible exhaustion of stocks or discontinued production of the item: in the event that one or more requested products are no longer available, we will contact the Customer by email or telephone to inform him of the missing goods and propose a refund of their value or replacement with other items..
   Shipping times vary from 1 to 3 working days depending on the payment method chosen by the Customer.
   Delivery times vary from 1 to 3 working days for Italy and from 2 to 6 working days for abroad.
   In any case, Renkalik spa cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by reasons not attributable to us (e.g. strikes in the transport sector, natural disasters, health emergencies or other imponderable elements foreseen by the legislation on the transport of goods and merchandise).
   Delivery address: we ship our products to Italy, San Marino and many European countries. In case of request for shipping to countries not listed, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
   Pickup at our office: during the order phase, you can choose to pick up the goods at our office (via dell’Artigianato, 33 – 40057 GRANAROLO DELL’ EMILIA -BO). In this case, shipping costs will not be charged. As soon as all the items in the order are ready, we will contact the Customer to agree on the day and indicative time of collection.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

   SATISFIED OR REFUNDED: within 14 days of receiving the goods, the Customer, if he does not find the product to his liking, can exercise the right of withdrawal by sending the Return request from the Contact Us section specifying:
   Name and Surname
   Number order
   Date of receipt of goods
   Code of the products you want to return
   Reason for return
   After our approval, the customer will have to send the goods back to:
   RENKALIK SPA – via dell’Artigianato, 33 – 40057 GRANAROLO EMILIA – (BO).
   The costs and risks of transport for the return of the goods are borne by the Customer (Legislative Decree 21/14).
   Within 14 days of the return, we will refund 100% of the value of the returned products (excluding shipping costs) or, if the Customer requests it, we will replace the returned items with equivalent products (excluding shipping costs).
   The right of withdrawal is applicable only if each returned product, even if opened, is "as new", never used, in perfect condition and complete (including packaging) with all accessories also intact.
   In the case of products that do not meet these characteristics, RENKALIK SPA reserves the right to refuse the withdrawal or to apply a reduction on the price (Legislative Decree 21/14).

6. Responsibility

   The products offered comply with current Italian legislation and applicable standards in Italy.
   The images of the products on www.renkalik.com are original photographs, but are nevertheless to be considered indicative and purely for illustrative purposes. Possible differences due to the different display tools (screens and monitors) of the same are not excluded.
   ì Fotografie, testi, grafica, informazioni e caratteristiche pubblicate non sono contrattuali: Renkalik non potrà essere considerato responsabile in caso di errore od omissione in una di queste fotografie, testi, grafiche, informazioni o caratteristiche dei prodotti od in caso di modifica delle caratteristiche dei prodotti da parte dei fornitori.

   RENKALIK SPA non potrà essere considerato responsabile dell'inadempimento del contratto concluso in caso di rottura di stock o di indisponibilità del prodotto, di forza maggiore, di perturbazioni o scioperi totali o parziali, in modo particolare dei servizi postali e dei mezzi di trasporto e/o comunicazione, inondazione, incendio.

7. Proprietà Intellettuale

   Tutti i testi, commenti, opere, illustrazioni e immagini riprodotti sui siti editi da Renkalik spa sono protetti dal diritto d'autore e dalla proprietà intellettuale, in tutto il mondo. Per questa ragione e conformemente alle disposizioni del Codice della Proprietà intellettuale, ne è autorizzato solo un uso privato a meno che non esistano disposizioni differenti o più restrittive del codice della proprietà intellettuale. Qualsiasi altro uso sarà considerato come una contraffazione e sanzionato a titolo della Proprietà Intellettuale salvo previa autorizzazione di Renkalik spa.

8. Controversie

   Il presente contratto è soggetto alla legge italiana. Qualsiasi composizione di controversia può esser fatta presso il nostro Servizio Clienti. In caso di mancato accordo consensuale, sarà di competenza di un tribunale italiano.
   In alternativa è possibile accedere alla Piattaforma ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) sviluppata dalla commissione UE per la risoluzione extragiudiziale delle controversie online cliccando sul seguente link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/?event=main.home2.show

9. Doveri del Cliente

   Quando sul modulo d'ordine il Cliente conferma il proprio acquisto, dichiara di essere maggiorenne, accetta le presenti Condizioni di Vendita, Informativa Privacy e si impegna a pagare con il metodo scelto.
   Le presenti Condizioni di Vendita sono regolate dal diritto italiano e possono essere modificate in qualsiasi momento e senza preavviso.
